The challenge

The realization of complex integrated solutions and the continuous expansion of the portfolio of products and services require a reliable tool - ERP system to standartize the business processes and to control the costs. 

The solution

To meet the challenges on the IT market, in 1997 Kontrax decides to implement Maconomy as its ERP system. The system includes all trade, financial and accounting processes. WEB interface is developed, so that all the distributors have online access to the system to register their orders. In the folowing years  Kontrax continuously expands the usage of Maconomy and upgrades to new verions of the system. Now in Deltek Maconomy in multicompany regime work all the companies from KONTRAX group, there is interface developed to the system „e-Invoice“. 

The results

Kontrax relies on inovative ERP system, which supports the management team in controlling and making important decisions. Deltek Maconomy is an important tool in keeping the requirements of the Quality systems ISO 9001:2000 and the system for information security ISO 27001:2005 which are implemented in Kontrax.
